Recovru has four plans. Free, Plus and Family are for you and your household, and the price of a rescue is the same on all three. Commercial is for organisations and is priced for each one. Nobody needs a plan to get help: you can book and pay per job.

Nobody needs a plan to get help
Every rescue can be booked and paid for on its own, as a single job, with no membership and no annual fee. Operators nearby send their prices, you choose one, and you pay for that job when it is done. Each price is the total you pay, with any VAT the operator charges included. Your contract for the rescue is with that operator: Recovru arranges it and collects the payment as the operator's agent, and the receipt is in the operator's name.
On Free, if your one saved vehicle slot is taken, you can still get help for any vehicle, for that rescue. A plan is never offered inside a request for help or while a rescue is live.
Where to get a plan
Plus and Family are sold in three places, at the price each one shows, once each is on sale. All prices include VAT, and nothing is added at checkout. Only a plan that is on sale is offered.
- In the iPhone app, through Apple, once it is released.
- In the Android app, through Google Play, once it is released.
- On the web, through Stripe.
You manage or cancel a plan where you bought it: in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions, or in your account on the web.
What a plan is not
A plan is not insurance or breakdown cover. It never changes how a request is sent out, the order prices are shown in, or what the operator is paid, and no plan puts anyone ahead in the queue.
Recovru for organisations
For fleets and companies whose staff drive for work, police forces, councils, ambulance services, bus and coach operators, utilities, and courier and delivery fleets. We price each plan for your organisation and the people you name, including VAT, and invoice you. Your people see the plan in their Recovru app, and you manage it with us.

Questions
Do I need a plan to use Recovru?
No. Every rescue can be booked and paid for on its own, with no plan and no membership.
Does a plan make rescues cheaper?
Not Free, Plus or Family: rescue prices are the same on all three. A commercial plan is priced for each organisation, and is set out on the Commercial Plans page.
Is a plan breakdown cover?
No. A plan is not insurance or breakdown cover. It adds saved vehicles, reminders and other features in the app, and every rescue is still paid for as a job.
Where do I manage or cancel a plan?
Where you bought it: in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions for a plan bought in the app, or in your account on the web for one bought through Stripe.
What happens to my vehicles if I go back to Free?
They are kept. Nothing is deleted: you are back on Free's allowances.
