Roadside help for bus and coach operators.

Roadside repairs and recovery for your fleet, from engineers' vans to minibuses, buses and coaches.

Each rescue billed to your organisation

A heavy recovery truck lifts the front of a bus on its underlift at a bus depot, a technician at the controls and a supervisor in hi-vis beside it.

Help for your fleet.

Link each rescue to your fleet.

Vehicle
Registration, fleet number and vehicle type identify the vehicle. Give its length, height and weight where needed to choose recovery equipment.
Control reference
Use your route or duty number and control job reference where your organisation asks for them. These are operational codes, not passenger details.
Destination
Name the receiving depot or workshop and explain access restrictions and who will receive the vehicle.
Passengers
Your control team arranges replacement transport and a safe place to wait. A recovery truck does not carry the passengers onwards.
Billing
Your agreed booking references stay with the organisation booking and its statement. All prices include VAT.
Your people
Each person accepts membership and is shown what your organisation can see. Personal bookings stay separate.

Questions people ask.

Can you recover a bus with passengers on board?

Passengers must leave the vehicle before it is lifted or recovered. Your organisation arranges their safety and replacement transport; Recovru does not provide onward passenger transport.

Can bookings include our route and fleet references?

Your organisation agrees the references it needs, such as a fleet number, route or duty number and control job reference. Give operational codes rather than passenger names or journey records.

Can a bus go straight to our workshop?

Yes. Name the receiving depot or workshop and tell the operator about access restrictions. The operator must have suitable equipment and clearance for the vehicle and work.

Is it breakdown cover?

No. Recovru is a marketplace arranging work by independent operators. A commercial plan is not insurance or breakdown cover and does not promise an arrival time.
