- Each booking can carry your purchase order, cost centre, job number or fleet number, as your organisation chooses. Nobody types anyone's name on them.
- Statements
- A statement each month of the rescues billed to you, with each operator's invoice, addressed to your organisation and with any VAT shown. All prices include VAT.
- Operators
- Before any operator can quote, our staff check their identity, their right to work, their business, their VAT number if they are VAT registered, checked with HMRC, sanctions and politically exposed person screening, and the insurance and documents each trade needs.
- What you see
- Your organisation sees each rescue it pays for, with your references, and never your people's live location or route, their messages or calls, or the rescues they pay for themselves.
- Your people
- Each person sees what your organisation will see before they join, and can leave the plan at any time.
What doesn't fit
- Storing vehicles. Recovru does not store vehicles: every vehicle goes to the place you name.
- Moving vehicles that can be driven.
- Removing vehicles parked or left on your land.
What we don't do
Recovru does not carry out rescues: independent operators do, and we arrange each one as their agent. Recovru does not store vehicles: every vehicle goes to the place you name. A plan doesn't put anyone ahead in the queue. It isn't insurance or breakdown cover. We don't promise an arrival time.
How the plan works
- We agree a plan with you. We price it for your organisation and the people you name, monthly or yearly, and every price we quote includes VAT.
- Your people join in their app. We add the people you name to your plan. Each one sees what your organisation will see before they join.
- They ask for help when they need it. Quotes come from independent operators nearby who are cleared for the work, each one the total, with any VAT included. Your people choose one, and Recovru arranges that rescue as the operator's agent: the operator's contract and invoice are with your organisation.
- You're billed, not them. Each rescue is billed to your organisation, with your purchase order, cost centre or job number on it. You pay by card, Direct Debit or invoice.
