Custom plans for mobility scheme companies and their users.

If your company supplies cars or other road vehicles through a mobility scheme, ask us about a custom Recovru plan you can offer your users. We agree who can use it, which roadside and recovery jobs it pays for and how your organisation is billed before the plan starts.

A driver waits beside the carriageway with her phone while an operator walks to her car from his recovery truck.

A plan for your scheme and your users.

Tell us about your scheme, the cars and other road vehicles you supply, and the help you want to provide. We can discuss a custom plan for the users you name, with the monthly or yearly price, eligible bookings, payment method and references agreed with your organisation. Every price we quote includes VAT.

More detail

Your users join the agreed plan in their own app. Each sees what your organisation will see before joining. A plan does not put anyone ahead in the queue, and we do not promise an arrival time.

Help with the vehicles your users rely on.

  • Cars and other road vehicles supplied to your scheme's users.
  • Roadside help for faults such as a Flat Battery or Tyres and Punctures, where the operator can carry out the job.
  • Recovery and Towing to a depot, workshop or other place the user chooses.
  • Recovery to the place the user chooses, or a repair where the fault and the operator's equipment allow.
More detail

Operators see the vehicle, the problem and any travel requirements before they send a price. Each operator is an independent business, cleared by our staff for the work.

Agree the vehicle and passenger requirements.

Tell us about the vehicles your scheme supplies, their sizes and any adaptations that affect roadside work or recovery. An adapted car may need particular equipment, so we agree those requirements with your company before the plan starts.

More detail

Tell us about passenger assistance and onward travel you want your plan to provide. Each booking follows the normal roadside or recovery questions for that vehicle and job. Operators see the job and its requirements before they send a price. Read the Accessibility Statement for the adjustments Recovru makes.

Agree the users, the jobs and who pays.

Your users
The people you name, who choose to join the agreed plan in the app.
Eligible bookings
The vehicle types and circumstances your organisation agrees to pay for, set out before the plan starts.
Each rescue
Independent operators send one price each for the whole job, with any VAT included. The user chooses a price before anyone sets off.
Billing
Jobs your agreement pays for are billed to your organisation, with its references. We agree card, Direct Debit or invoice payment with you.
Your data
Your organisation sees each rescue it pays for, with your references, and never your people's live location or route, their messages or calls, or the rescues they pay for themselves.

What a plan means

Recovru does not carry out rescues: independent operators do, and we arrange each one as their agent. Recovru does not store vehicles: every vehicle goes to the place you name. A plan doesn't put anyone ahead in the queue. It isn't insurance or breakdown cover. We don't promise an arrival time.

Talk to us about your scheme.

  1. Tell us about your organisation, the number of users and the vehicles they use.
  2. Tell us which jobs you want the plan to pay for, any passenger requirements and your billing references.
  3. We discuss a custom plan and a VAT-inclusive price with you. Users join only once the agreement and billing arrangements are in place.

Questions people ask.

Something else? Contact us.

Can our company provide a plan to our mobility scheme users?

Ask us about a custom plan for the users you name. We agree the vehicles, eligible jobs, price and billing with your organisation before anyone joins.

Does the plan include every repair or recovery?

No. We agree which jobs your organisation pays for. Each rescue has its own operator quote, chosen before anyone sets off; the plan is not an automatic entitlement to every job.

Which vehicles is a mobility scheme plan for?

Cars and other road vehicles your company supplies through its scheme. We agree the vehicle types and eligible roadside and recovery jobs with your company. Tell us about any adapted cars or particular passenger requirements when we discuss the plan.

What if the vehicle is leased?

Check what the user's existing lease includes first. We agree how a Recovru plan fits your scheme before it starts.

Can somebody still ask for help without a scheme plan?

Yes. A plan is optional. The person with the car or other road vehicle, or somebody helping them, can request normal roadside or recovery help in the app and choose an operator's price for a single job.
